RETURN & EXCANGE POLICY

No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product. Please refer to the wrong item policy for further instruction.


WRONG ITEM POLICY

At VOCAL COSMETICS, we believe that while accidents do happen, it is our job to own them by responding quickly and doing everything in our power to restore the trust that we’ve lost in the process. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong, or missing item please contact us immediately via email at VOCALCOSMETICS@GMAIL.COM In the email please include the following:

  • Recipient name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary.

  • include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.


LOST OR STOLEN POLICY

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders have left VOCAL COSMETICS’ property the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days,

please call the customer service team of the courier.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?

For orders placed with standard shipping, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your package to arrive. Note that orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

VOCAL COSMETICS does not currently ship to international addresses.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on VOCALCOSMETICS.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information.


BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
